Laneside house is a beautiful refurbishment project of a historic, Grade II listed 200 year old weavers cottage in Yorkshire. The house was completely stripped back internally, retaining all of the original features such as the stone cills, oak beams, fire places and servants bells that were still in working order.

The client appointed us to rework the layout of the whole house, adding bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs whilst opening up to create a big open plan kitchen dining space at ground floor that flows through to the snug. At the other end of the house is a separate living room complete with log burner, lots more exposed beams and views across the Yorkshire countryside.
